Eric,
I haven't seen many responses to this message, but I would be
100% behind this type of approach. We have a saying in the
church I attend, "Many Hands make Light Work". People are
willing to work twice a month every other month, but not
every week every month. IMO, your approach will have the same
result. It reduces burnout and makes recruiting much easier.
Thanks for keeping this discussion in front of us. I hope the
new officers will continue what you have started.
