NSRCA or Pattern in Maryland?

Not sure about the Ocean City area, I have not seen anyone from Eastern
Shore at district contests for number of years so probably safe to assume
there are no active ones. But there are 4 pattern pilots in the Baltimore /
Sykesville / Columbia areas.  If you would like please email off line.
