Marcello Colombo flew a 1.20/1.40 size version of the "Wide Body" at our
Nats this year. Good flying airplane. If the 90 size flies as well as
the big brother, it should be a good beginning level Pattern airplane.
Giant Scale Airplanes (giantscaleplanes.com) also has a good looking 90
size airplane called the Sparrow. It is an ARF and retails for $280 on
the web site, although you can get one for about $225 to $250 by
shopping around. I saw one fly at a contest in the fall and was
impressed with its potential for Sportsman and Intermediate.
