Gray! I can't WAIT for your review of the park flyer!

Maybe it would go like this: ".... after tossing off (the plane), I needed
to quickly get my other hand on the controller. It was touch-and-go, for a
few seconds! Things were dicy when a stiff breeze came up. I swelled with
enthusiasm when it took to flight, and burst into joy when it slid in for a
landing. This miniture thing is eveything I've always wanted!"

Yeah but why would they join? These type of flyers are in and outta the
hobby and after crashing into the neighbor's chimney they learn to fly at
the Allen Tx water tower so they do not have all those "rules" to contend
with. The question of the day for the AMA is "Just what kind of crack are
yous guys smokin' anyway?"
Anyone who thinks the park flyer types will join the AMA are simply beserk.
And my opinion does carry "SERIOUS" weight as I am the PRESIDENT of the AMA
club 0623...............which means I am an expert into the mind of the
average AMA member and I have discovered that it is NOT a good place to be!
22 days and one meeting left-and I am no longer an expert THANK GOD! At that
point I most likely will have an uncontrolable urge to purchase a park flyer
and renew my AMA ......................all at the same time.......

Hi Gray,

- just imagine the "asterick" as the dot-of-the-I.

Heres another take. The AMA is pursuing the market of the
"small-lightweight" flyer, because they offer greater numbers for
membership, at a fraction of the "risk". Small 1/2 lb plane you can fly in
the street, or a 12 lb arf? Which is the greatest legal risk? Which can
kill someone? The member offers the same $$$ to join, but much less risk to
AMA.

Conspiracy????????

Jim,

What does "sh*t" mean? Do you mean "sh1t" Thats what Ewald calls it (Ewald
does not own a computer, hence not on the list-"computers are code3, and
full of sh1t").
To clarify, is the AMA exec council full of sh1t?
