[F3A-Discussion] Latest Aresti for P-13

Attached is the latest Aresti for P-13.  I got this last night.  In
addition, some clarification on maneuver F-15.07...

F-13.07 actually is easier to understand than to fly for the first time: As
the description says, the maneuver has two (full) rolls (in only one rolling
direction).  There are two horizontal circles with a touching/intersection
point in the center (like a horizontal figure 8).  While you always keep on
rolling in one direction for two full rolls, the rolling direction will come
out automatically to the outside with the circle you start with and to the
inside for the second circle.
